This landmark brownstone is dated circa 1860's and is located in Cobble Hill. This quiet, residential, tree lined street is a little oasis in the center of a culturally diverse and active community. Interior: This modern architect-designed duplex is both beautiful and contemporary. The entrance floor has 15' ceilings, is flooded with light and has an open plan including living room, dinning room , full bathroom and gourmet kitchen and leads out to huge open space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, side by side fridge/freezer with built in water and ice-maker. The dining room has a custom designed glass table and buffet. Glass doors open onto a spacious wooden deck equipped with gas grill and out door dinning area, spilling over onto a large manicured garden and yard.
Downstairs is more intimate with 4 bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. There is a large master bedroom with queen size bed and a view of the garden. At the other end of the floor providing privacy, are two other bedrooms one with queen bed, the other a twin. Both bathrooms have full tubs and showers while the half bathroom has a sink. The entire duplex is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet.

A block and a half from Smith Street and restaurant row. surrounded by, galleries and boutiques it is centrally located and easily accessible to the Downtown Municipalities. Also near Atlantic Ave which has many shops and the Promenade, where you can get a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline. For a special treat, walk through Brooklyn Heights and over the Brooklyn Bridge to Manhattan. Transportation: The F train to Manhattan is located just blocks away on Bergen Street. The F train can take you into the heart of New York City or to the famous Coney Island. Access to several other subways and buses available. If you drive, you also have the Brooklyn Queens Expressway.
