The villa comfortably sleeps 10 people in five rooms. Completed in November, 2007 by Patrick Heinen of HEG Engineering, Costa Rica's premier home builder, Villa Esmeralda provides 300m (3,300 ft) of luxurious living on three levels and an oasis-style swimming pool. Spectacular artwork, created especially for Villa Esmeralda by Paul and Susanne Leasure after a visit to this beautiful country, adorns the walls.

The house is beautifully and completely appointed.  The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs with top of the line appliances.  Other amenities include large ocean view decks, beautiful Italian tile throughout, pool, lush tropical landscaping, two car garage with lots of extra parking, full washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub in master, beautiful wood floors in master, air conditioning, tropical linens, pool table, lots of books for reading, boom box, tv, movies, BBQ, large winding three story staircase.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedrooms have queen size, and one bedroom has two doubles.  The is also a pull out double bed in the spare room/office.
