Two private bathrooms in bedrooms two bathrooms outside bedrooms. Quiet neighbors, outdoor shower. The house is at Exit 66, the last exit before Sunset Highway becomes a local, congested road. The bed configuration is Master has a Queen, 2 rooms have a twin and a Full, and one room has a Queen and two twins.

Walk to Shinnecock Canal bars and restaurants, swim or snorkel off the back deck of the house or drive two miles to ocean beaches, beach bars and restaurants. Walk or drive a quarter mile to Meshutt Beach Raw Bar on the Peconic Bay featuring live music every night and a very child friendly, calm beach. Five miles to Southampton. Fishing excursions leave from the Canal Marinas every day. A short drive North takes you to many Golf Courses and Vineyards. Walk across the street to the Hampton Maid Inn and restaurant for the best breakfast in the Hamptons. Walk East two blocks to a wonderful waterfront Italian restaurant.
