Where memories are made. Custom 3 story home located in Key Largo away from all traffic noise yet within mile to all facilities. Makes it a fun yet relaxing vacation experience. Let me start with all levels have inside staircase.
1st Floor/Bottom has a trundle bed (two persons) and sleeper sofa, TV, table and chairs, sliding door take you straight out to the pool ( great for kids). Main/Middle Floor has fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, 1/2 bath (sink & commode), living area w/french glass doors leading you to the screened in terrace w/BBQ gas grill & table and chairs and opening balcony for sunbathing. 3rd Top Floor has a Master bedroom with a King bed, TV, and full bath(shower) French doors opening to balcony and water-views. 2nd Beth-room has a queen bed and TV,3rd Bedroom has a queen bed with tv. Plus another full bath in hallway.
Outside: Pool overlooking canal and shaded patio, plus 93 ft dock-age for your boat. Canal leads to open Bay and Ocean side within minutes.
