This wonderful house is located on Cotton Bayou in Orange Beach, Alabama with a private swimming pool, two 60ft. boatslips, and Gulf beach access. This 2 bedroom/3 bathroom home has great veiws from every angle. The house is right in the heart of Orange Beach. There is shopping and dining just minutes away. Whether your here for fishing, diving, shopping, or just plain relaxing, Faith Haven is a cozy and comfortable place for a vacation getaway.

Faith Haven on Cotton Bayou includes: Two bedrooms, the Master Bedroom is located on the top floor with a king size bed and it's own full bathroom, downstairs is the guest bedroom with a queen size bed and access to the 2nd full bathroom. Both bedrooms have a great veiw of Cotton Bayou. The kitchen is fully equiped with a breakfast bar that seats 4, dishwasher, stainless steel frigerator, electic stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and dishes. The dining area has a table that sits 4 comfortably and is surounded by windows so you can enjoy the veiw as well as dinner.The living area is nice and cozy with satilite cable and a sterio system that you can hear inside as well as outside. On the back of the house is a lage deck overlooking Cotton Bayou. This is a great place to relax and enjoy watching the boats go by while having a cup of coffee and a crossword pizzle in the morrning or at any time of the day. Downstairs is a private swimming pool with an outdoor living area equipped with a frigerator, dining area, a bar that sits 4, and a Green Egg to Bar-B-Q on.   

Pleasure Island is filled with many things to do. For all you shoppers out there, we have The Wharf that is filled with wonderful shops, dining, a movie theater and live music. The Tanger Outlet mall that has 120 name brand stores just minutes away, Souvenir shops up and down the Beach Blvd, and of couse local shops filled with local art and gifts. There is Charter Boat Fishing, Fishing on or off the Gulf State Park Pier, Scuba Diving and snorkeling, Surfing, Boat and Jet Ski Rentals, Parisailing and Dolphin Cruises. There is 13 Premir Golf Courses, Waterville U.S.A. Tracks, Put-Put, The Gulf Coast Zoo, Nature Trails in the State Parks, Bird Watching, Bicycling, and The Historic Fort Morgan, where the unforgettable words "Damned the Torpedoes" and "Full Speed Ahead" were made famous by Admiral Farragut during the Civil War. *To rent and hold the house, we require 30% of the rate for however long you will be staying.  We require the 70% remaining balance paid in full 60 days before your arrival. If you rent the house 60 days or less of your arrival, we ask that the payment be paid in full. There will be a $300.00 refundable damage deposit added. This is just in case something is damaged during your stay. If you are staying less than a week, there is a $20.00 cleaning fee add as well. If everthing looks great, please give us 30 days or less to return your $300.00 damage deposit.

*Cancellation Policy: If notice to cancel is given at least 60 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded for a 10% cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 60 days, 50% of full payment will be refunded. If cancellation is less than 30 days,it will result in forfeiture of initial reservation payment and rent.

*NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or early departure due to bad weather (hurricanes, etc...) or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range.

*A monthly rental is a 4 week stay, Saturday to Saturday*

On the day of your arrival, we ask that check-in be at 3:00pm and on your day of departure, we ask that check-out be at 10:00am. This gives our cleaning service time to make sure the house is nice and clean for your stay. Please, we ask no requests made to arrive early or leave late. Thank you.

*We are required to inform you about the rules of the house*

1. Please pick up after your pets so we can continue to have our pets with us on vacation.

2. Before leaving, please put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on to wash. Please take the trash to the garbage cans that are at the entrance of Sherrill's Landing.

3.    Swimming Pool: Make sure that the water level does not go below the skimmer. If you see that it needs to be filled, there is a hose by the pool that you can use to fill it up.

 4.   Beach access: If you are standing at the entrance of Sherrill’s Landing facing the beach, Look across the road at Admiral’s Quarters. Look to the left and you will see a small white sign that says Sherrill’s Landing Beach Access. This is the walkway that you use to go down to the beach. There is no parking over there so you would have to walk. FYI: No pet’s aloud on the beach.
