This beautiful 1 bedroom condo is directly on the beach.It is beautifully furnished with a 42" plasma TV,WIFI,complete kitchen with granite counter tops,4 poster king size bed and an ocean view,The condo is supplied with white fluffy towels and robes as well as a bottle of champagne and a bowl of fruit and cold water bottles for your arrival.
Maid service is supplied.The condo has a georgeous pool and has elevators as well as underground parking.The condo is right on mamitas beach and has a nice terrace as well as nine piece out door terrace furniture. Including tables and chairs.

The condo comes complete with refrigerator,stove,microwave and a completely equiped kitchen.There is a large state of the art bathroom and the king size bed comes with soft 500 thread count sheets and a down comforter with duvet cover.There is also an I pod conection with speakers,CD stereo,DVD,beach chairs and beach towels.There is beach access from the condo level.You do not have to go up and down stairs or elevators to get to the beach.
