Enjoy the double fairway views and some water views. Play in one of the two 18 hole golf courses in the community. Hang out in one of the 8 community pools. Enjoy morning walks and enjoy the views and natural habitat. We have a lot of different kinds of birds and fish n turtles in the canals.

House  was completely remodeled in 2007 with new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new bathrooms, new floors, etc. House sits in a community called Woodlands Country Club.                    

House is right off the turnpike and Commercial Blvd. We are near many attractions such as the Hard Rock Casino, Buttlerfly Word, Sawgrass Mills Mall, beach etc. Check out the activities and attraction section for more info.

5-8 minutes to many restaurants like Ruby Tuesday, Cheddars, Apple Bees, Silver Pond (Well Known good Chinese restaurant , Golden Corral(Buffet), Cannolli Kitchen, Scrubys Barbecue,  Boston Market, Einstein Bagels, Starbucks.

5-8 minutes to Walmart, SuperTarget, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, Broward Meat & Co. and other convenience stores.

 We are very close to three casinos in the area.

2 exits away from Hard Rock Casino with 5 nightclubs, shoppes, many restaurants, comedy club

12 minutes away from Isle Casino in Pompano beach 7.85 miles, 16 minutes away from Coconut Creek Casino.

15 minutes away from Sawgrass Mills Mall (S Fla Largest Mall with Gameworks, Movie MegaPlex, restaurants like Luxor Cafe, Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, The Knife which is an Argentinian Steak buffet $16-$22)

15 minutes away from the beach/fishing pier. On Commercial Blvd right on the beach, there are many beachfront restaurants, bars and a fishing pier.  It is quiet enough to feel family oriented but cool enough it has a good vibe.

We are 20 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale Airport.

As you can see we are centrally located with easy access everywhere. On the community you can play golf and we have many other golf courses nearby. There are two golf courses in the community and it is semi private so you can always play in one of the courses.

 The house and the community can be entertaining as well. Take nice walks in the morning, enjoy the pool and barbecue, fish on the canals in the community. 

 Entertainers can be provided for extra cost should you want some Mariachi or guitarist.

50% upon reservation 50% payable in full upon arrival.  11% tourist tax not included. a $500 refundable security deposit. Cleaning fee may be addtional depending on dates and number of people.

We will send you a lease and a credit card authorization form.

On weekly rentals, we need 30 day cancellation notice for full refund. If not we will charge a cancellation fee of $300.

On monthly rentals,  we need a 45 day cancellation notice for full refund. If not, we will charge a 25% of total invoice as a cancellation fee.

No refunds on no shows or early departure.
