This gorgeous 1,200 square foot suite is on the ground level of a charming ranch style
home.  Centrally located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood.  Overlooking Okanagan
Lake this location boasts the best view in Kelowna.  The house is within minutes drive
to downtown Kelowna and all attractions.  Appropriate for vacation or business
travellers.

This is a non-smoking environment.  Smoking is not allowed inside this house or
anywhere on the property.

The suite is spotless and was freshly renovated in 2009.  Included are three
bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom and bathroom plus outdoor living area.  The ceilings
are 10 feet high and compliment the space and fresh air atmosphere.

You will enjoy the privacy of this accommodation with two entrances from the patio
to the suite.  The patio is beautifully furnished including dining table and chairs.  The
patio overlooks Okanagan Lake with no houses to obstruct the spectacular view.
In fact, it is so private here that window coverings are not required although
we have them.

Outdoor living area.  Large patio with walk out from the livingroom or the kitchen.  You
can relax here and watch the sun set over the mountain as it reflects on the lake.
Birds and wildlife abound.

Wireless high speed internet service.

Cable tv.

Free movies, games and books.

Cleaning every second day is included.

Well appointed kitchen complete with full size stove, fridge, microwave oven, toaster
oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, utencils, pots, pans, tea towels and dish
soap.  Kitchen has a door with access to the patio.

Coffee, black tea, herbal tea, sugar and basic spices are supplied.

Bedroom descriptions:

Bedroom #1 - Large Bedroom with Queen bed.  Lake view.

Bedroom #2 - Large Bedroom with King bed that converts to two single beds.  Forest view.

Alcove Bedroom #3 - Single bed in the alcove adjacent to the livingroom.

All of the rooms in the suite are decorated with excellent taste.  The mattresses are firm and comfortable.  The bedding is top quality.

Linens and towels are supplied as are beach towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer.

Radios with alarm clocks in the bedrooms, fire alarms throughout.

Ceiling fans are all you need in this suite to keep cool in the hot summer weather.
A/C is never needed due to the proximity of pine and fur trees.

This suite is located at Okanagan Lake in a residential neighborhood beside Knox
Mountain park just north of downtown Kelowna.  A beautiful country atmosphere,
but close to downtown, shops, restaurants and beaches. 

Walk to the lake or drive to many beaches near by.  Hike to Knox Mountain park for a
picnic and a swim.

Close to downtown cultural district, city park, restaurants, live theatre, Grand hotel
/casino, the boardwalk.  Free live music in Kelowna parks all summer.  Wine festivals spring, summer and fall.

Kelowna golf and country club is within minutes of this accommodation as are many
other world class golf courses.

Skiing at Silver Star and Big White in the winter and hike and mountain bike there
all summer.  You can also ride the ski lifts all year round.

September 2009 to December 2009: $159 per night for 2 people.

January 2010 to May 2010: $170 per night for 2 people.

June to August 2010: $190 per night for 2 people.

There is a charge for extra people of $20-25 per night per person.

The maximum capacity of this accommodation is 5 people.

Children are allowed.   Age 6 and over recommended.  This accommodation is best
suited for mature, responsible adults.
