Our penthouse 2BR/2BA condo, with ten foot ceilings, is on the top floor (of five), with TWO glass elevators, and is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It is upscale, and nicely furnished and available for many of the best weeks during the coming weeks/months. Pick your week(s) early to get the best possible airline deal and then stay a week longer(generally with a discount). If you are driving, you will certainly appreciate the convenience and security your auto will enjoy in the private garage. You will love this extra clean condo and the view of the white sandy beaches and open views of the Gulf in both directions and for those GREAT WALKS. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets from the DIRECT GULF balcony or while sitting on the lounge chairs by the HEATED POOL. We would love to have you and you will LOVE IT, as well. You will even enjoy the views from either of the two glass enclosed elevators, one of which is only ten steps from our front door. Most of our visitors return for a second visit. Our Beach Palms (formerly known as the Beach Cottage III) penthouse condo is located on the barrier island town of Indian Shores, FL. between Clearwater Beach to the North and St Pete Beach to the South. This CLEAN and nicely DECORATED condo offers two bedrooms with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and twins in the guest bedroom and is located in a five story (top-floor) mid-rise, upscale, building DIRECTLY on the BEACH with glass elevators, heated pool, garage and, as you might guess, glorious views and sunsets. Look up and down the white sandy beach from the very private living room balcony and listen to the waves. You can almost TOUCH the water. Yes, this is your Florida dream vacation hideaway! The condo is decorator furnished, immaculate, and has a fully-equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, as well. We are the local owners, who meet and greet you upon arrival. No running up and down the beach to get the keys. We do everything possible to make your visit enjoyable and so memorable.
