Brand new!! las canteras is a beautiful brand new luxury two story home located in the desirable las conchas community walking distance from the beach. this home has five bedrooms, five baths and plenty of space for your vacation needs, an ample kitchen beautifully appointed with all new appliances. ther are two Master bedrooms on the first floor and hey have a king size bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet, there are three other bedrooms in the first floor, two of them have King size beds and a deck with a view of the estuary, the fifth bedroom has two single beds.other amenities include central Heating and A/C, Satellite T.V. Outside shower, and and two upstairs terraces with a wonderful view of both the ocean and the Estuary. Owner requests no smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Minimum 2 nights. Holidays 3 nights. Drinking water and beach towels are not provided.
