This lovely ground floor, 2 Bedroom /2 bath condo has everything
you'll need for a great furnished getaway. It's fully furnished,
clean and bright to make winter a boring-no-more!

The unit is fully furnished including king bed in master. The second
bedroom has a queen and twin bed to sleep a total of 5. There is a large covered rear patio faces the pool and is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an alfresco dinner, both with exceptional privacy.
There are two tv's with expanded cable in LR and Master, DVD player,
local phone with answering machine. Computer desk in master for any
business you may have to conduct while here. Unit has stacked
washer/dryer, iron and board. Plenty of bed linens and towels.
Kitchen has all dishes and appliances, microwave, blender, coffee
maker, pots and pans, etc. so you can make favorite meals and treats.
Clock radios in bedrooms and stereo in LR and master.  Master has walk-in shower. Guest bath has shower and tub.

I've thought of everything so you don't have to. Just bring your
bathing suit and play clothes and enjoy!

Yes, of course, the unit has AC! This is a Non-smoking unit.   

Covered reserved parking is right outside the unit. Guest spaces nearby.

Property Amenities

The community has a great pool and hot tub just outside the back of
the unit. Lock your front door, and just walk a short distance to
the pool gate. Pool area has gas BBQ grills.

Lighted tennis court. This complex has many safe walking areas and is
near the Scottsdale bike path. You can go for miles!

If you've been to Scottsdale before, you know a car is helpful to get
around. This unit is only 2 blocks from a great many shops,
restaurants and a Fry's grocery store. (You could walk if you had to
and if it isn't too hot.) The Scottsdale Mustang Library is nearby as
well if you need to check your email and don't want to bring your
computer.

Activities and Attractions

We are just a short distance from the Loop 101, which connects you to
all Scottsdale, Phoenix and Arizona has to offer. Great restaurants
within minutes. Old Town and Desert Ridge just a short distance away.
The larger area offers the best golf, hiking trails, biking, tennis,
several casinos and Scottsdale night clubs.

Scottsdale is a great shopping area with plenty of malls only a short
distance away. I know the location of 3 outlet malls and can direct
you there too. Two outlet malls are about 40 minutes from condo -
Outlets at Anthem and Arizona Mills Mall. The other is about an hour
away - Casa Grande.

January 2011 is available at $2000 for the month includes utilities.

Feb and March 2011 are already rented. Sorry.

Utilities include electricity for heat and AC, local phone and
expanded cable TV. DSL is additional cost to you.

Cleaning fee: $200 paid up front with 1 month rent as deposit.

Monthly rentals only - by rules of McCormick Ranch HOA.

Owner is an agent in AZ. I will make sure you get what you need.  I also have access to unfurnished rentals in the area. Call me for info it that is something you need.
