Cayman Sands- Oceanfront 4BR + optional 1BR Cottage in Cayman Islands

This large oceanfront villa offers a large family
or two mid-sized families a great alternative to renting multiple
hotel rooms at an expensive hotel or condo. With
Two oceanfront master suites, 2 front bedrooms and a
queen sleeper sofa; there is plenty of room to stretch out. We also
offer an optional 1BR Cottage for a total of 5BR.
The pool is heated (to 84) in the Winter months, and the atrium provides
a barrier to (rare)insects, large crabs, lizards and UV rays. Sandy backyard and great
scuba diving from the shore behind house.
On the North Coast of Grand Cayman, the home is centrally located
and convenient to 8 restaurants, 2 watersports resorts and 3 dive
operations. We also have a private oceanfront gazebo for weddings,
relaxing or
watching the children in the water.

Central A/C, 8 ceiling fans, kayaks, DSL, Sat. TV, ice machine,
full laundry and stereo are provided. Charcoal grill, microwave,
coffee machine and blender as well.
Full linens, towels and beach towels provided. Plenty of patio
furniture  for the sundeck as well. Hammocks in
Gazebo.
(2) tandem kayaks with paddles and life vests.

Scuba/Snorkeling, Windsurfing, Sailing, Fishing, Golf, Relaxing,
Kayaking are all readily available.
