Vacation Rental Description

This newly constructed oceanfront villa offers a large family 
or two mid-sized families a great alternative to renting multiple 
hotel rooms at an expensive hotel on 7 Mile Beach.  With 
Two oceanfront master suites, 2 front bedrooms and a loft (with 
queen sleeper sofa) there is plenty of room to stretch out. We also 
offer an optional 1BR Cottage for a total of 5BR plus Loft.

The pool is heated in the Winter months, and the atrium provides 
protection from (rare)insects and UV rays. Sandy backyard and great 
scuba diving from the shore behind house.

On the North Coast of Grand Cayman, the home is centrally located 
and convenient to 8 restaurants, 2 watersports resorts and 3 dive 
operations. We also have a private oceanfront gazebo for weddings, 
relaxing or 
watching the children in the water.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central A/C, 8 ceiling fans, kayaks, DSL, Sat. TV, ice machine, 
full laundry and stereo are provided. Charcoal grill, microwave, 
coffee machine and blender are provided.

Full linens, towels and some beach towels provided. Teak patio 
furniture and chaise lounges for the sundeck as well. Hammocks in 
Gazebo.

(2) tandem kayaks with paddles and life vests.

Activities and Attractions

Scuba/Snorkeling, Windsurfing, Sailing, Fishing, Golf, Relaxing, 
Kayaking are all readily available.

Vacation Rental Rates

15 Apr - 15 Dec              $4,950/wk

15 Dec - 15 Apr              $6,450/wk.

1BR/1BA Cottage is $1,000 extra per week

Christmas/New Years weeks $8,450 includes cottage

10% hotel tax is included in rate
