Comfortable (2) Bedroom, (2) Bathroom Condo in St. Pete Beach, on 
the pristine Boca Ciega Bay. Condo provides an outstanding 
waterfront view of Boca Ciega Bay.  Four (4) persons will fit 
comfortably in the unit. We boast a fully furnished kitchen from 
which to prepare your own meals. The condo is tastefully decorated 
and comes with 2 color televisions with cable. Balcony is large and 
very accomodating with lounge chairs and table.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom has a king-size bed and guest bedroom has two twin-
size beds.  Beautiful view of Boca Ciega bay from the living room, 
dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Master Bedroom has large 
walk-in closet.  Condo has all the comforts of home including 
coffee maker, sofa bed, ice maker, answering machine, ironing board, 
toaster oven, blender, washer / dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. 
Personal parking space in covered parking garage.

Unit is approximately 1200 square feet

December thru May        $1900 / Monthly 

June thru November          $1500 / Monthly

Rental Rate includes all Utilities with the exception of Long 
Distance Phone Calling.

There is a $65 Cleaning Fee per rental

Minimum of 30 day rental (Association rule).
