Large 2 level home with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and underneith parking for 3 to 4 cars. The open living area has a dining table and bar seating, den area and a great view of the Gulf. There is a bedroom (queen-size bed) and bath on the main level, and 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on the top level. The master has king size bed, a walk-in closet, bath with jetted garden tub, seperate shower, double sinks, plus a private deck to catch some rays. The other 3 bedrooms have queen-size beds.  Additional futons for the kids, 1 in the master closet & 1 in a large closet w/ window. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your family needs & adjacent to laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

The community pool is about 6 houses away, and the beach access is just arround the corner, approximately a 5 minute walk. It's an easy walk for children through low-traffic streets.  For cooler weather, there is access to an indoor pool at the Dunes condos, also a short walk from the duplex.

New Gulf Shores Marina is across from the subdivision.
Ft Morgan & ferry to Dauphin Island approx 1 mile
Kiva Dunes Golf is approx 6 miles
Downtown Gulf Shores is approx 20 miles

2013 Rates:

Spring:  1953/wk, daily upon request
Summer: 2712.50/wk - weekly only (starts 5/18)
Late Summer: 2387/wk,  (starts 8/10)
Fall: 1953/wk,  (starts 9/14)
Winter: 1700/wk, 

CLEANING & 8 1/2% tax INCLUDED IN ABOVE RATES

Holidays may have a sur charge 
Minimum 3 nights in off-season & weekly in summer, rates may be higher depending upon number of guests

Refundable security deposit $500 (may be higher depending upon number of people)

No rentals to groups of Spring Break students
