Yacht & Beach Club Condo in Fort Lauderdale

This waterfront condo is in a popular, safe, community in Pompano Beach, on the North side of Fort Lauderdale.  The building is friendly with special character and design touches not found in most South Florida condos.  It is casual, tropical, carefully maintained and well suited for upscale business and vacation travelers.  A relaxing get-away that's close to everything. 

The condo is in a perfect location within a short, scenic walk to the beach, boat rentals, diving/snorkeling boats, party and charter fishing boats, nail and beauty salons, gourmet fish store, supermarket and dozens of shops and restaurants.  We have a beautiful, heated swimming pool right on the Intracoastal Waterway where you can spend the day or evening watching the passing yachts.  The closest 18-hole golf course is a five-minute drive.  Tennis is a five minute walk.

The condo is immaculately clean and well-designed with two master bedrooms (each with full bath).  The waterfront master has a queen size bed and step-in shower; the other has two twin beds with bathtub/shower.  A sleeper sofa is in the living room.  We have a complete kitchen with everything you'll need.  Two laundry rooms are in the building.  For the comfort of future guests, a reminder that no smoking or pets are allowed.  One parking space is assigned for your exclusive use.  We have three TV/VCRs, phone/fax/voice mail, all linens, iron & board, chest full of games, popular videos, books, beach gear and more...everything you would find in your own home.  Enjoy a community club room, heated swimming pool, shuffle board court and marina just outside your balcony.

Water:  Walk to award-winning "Blue Wave" beach with picnic and play areas and lifeguards; snorkel and dive trips 3x daily; charter fishing boats, party fishing boats, public fishing pier, surfing, jet skis and boat rentals, gambling cruises.

Restaurants:  some of the best restaurants in all of South Florida are a short walk or drive away.  Dozens of really good ones, including waterfront dining, in all price ranges.

Shopping:  walk to local beach shops.  Drive to many high-end shopping malls, trendy Las Olas Boulevard, also Sawgrass Mills outlet mall, Swap Shop world’s largest outdoor flea market, Festival Flea Market (giant indoor flea market).

Cultural:  walk or drive to local establishments with live music, drive to world-class Broward Performing Arts Center, Discovery Museum, Art Museum, IMAX theater, nightclubs, dancing, comedy clubs, and all sorts of local and regional festivals.

Sports:  all professional sporting events are represented at nearby arenas, plus the new Isle casino next to Pompano Harness Track, Jai Alai, car racing, tennis, golf, nearby gyms.

Rate range is from minimum price in summer to maximum price in winter/February.  Three week minimum stay year round.  Rates subject to change until confirmed.  Additional charges include a $125 exit cleaning fee and 11-percent state and local taxes.  A 50-percent payment of all rental fees are due upon signing the rental agreement, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  We take all major credit cards.
