Summer/winter cottage with three bedrooms, two bathrooms.  This corner property is large enough for the whole family and 4 houses from the lake (NOT Lakefront).  Grill and eat outside on your private patio or if the bugs get bad, move into the fully screened all-season porch.  At night, sit back and enjoy the firepit along with all your neighbors who enjoy their own.  This ranch style home is 100 yards from Houghton Lake where the road dead ends into a public boat ramp.  The double wide garage will fit all your toys.

Master bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom.  Large bedroom has a double bed, and the smaller third bedroom also has a double bed.  Livingroom contains a 36inch flat screen HDTV with basic HD Cable.  The house has a wireless Cable Modem which is secured with a password, and is strong enough to be picked up in the backyard.  The hallway bathroom has a full tub.
