Rental Policy: One Month minimum
Deposit: $300 deposit, less $150 cleaning fee will be refunded when unit returned undamaged

Other fees:
Cancellation/Refund policy: Full refund less $50 cancellation fee if cancellation is made greater than 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made within 30 day arrival time will result in the loss of the entire rental fee, unless re-rented, less a $150 service charge.
