Sugar Beach Condominiums in Orange Beach

Sugar Beach Condominiums are located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with its pristine sugar white sand and blue-green water.  The rental unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath upstairs.  Downstairs is a sleeper sofa (queen size) and a full bath.  Downstairs also has a complete fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a balcony that directly overlooks the swimming pool located on the 1st floor.  The balcony also provides a limited, but good view of the gulf and beach.  The condomininium unit has central heating and cooling.  See the attached photographs for more information.

Our condo also has free WiFi access.

The Sugar Beach Condominiums are located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.  The condominium complex has a kiddee pool and 3-main pools, one of which is heated during the fall through early spring seasons.  The complex also has a tennis court, 3-charcoal grills for outdoor cooking,  and a men's and a women's restroom at ground level close to the beachside pools so that guests enjoying the sun, pools and surf don't have to make trips to their condo for a restroom break.  Parking at the condominium complex is covered.  The complex has 2-elevators and plenty of luggage carts. 

The "Sugar Shack" is extremely popular with owners and guests serving their favorite beverages, fast foods and snacks.  Sugar Shack is onsite adjacent to the beachfront pools.

Enjoy the absolutely beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The condominium complex has year round security guard services.

Alabama has the Gulf of Mexico's largest fishing pier.  The 1500' long pier is located a mile from the Sugar Beach Condominiums and is owned and operated  by the State.

Swimming in the pools and gulf, surf fishing, sunbathing, and just relaxing and enjoying the great atmosphere and scenery are the most popular attractions and activities of most of our guests.  Taking walks on the beach, watching and photographing beautiful sunsets and other scenery, and meeting other wonderful guests are also popular activities.  These are the main reasons for being here for most of us and it cost very little to nothing. 

Other atractions and activities include shopping at the Outlet Malls in Foley and Gulf Shores and numerous other places throughout the area; playing golf at a wide selection of golf courses in the area, including the Alabama Gulf State Park course; deep sea charter boat fishing; visiting Fort Morgan, the USS Alabama Battleship near Mobile, the National Naval Aviation facility in Pensacola, and Bellingrath Gardens in Mobile; and enjoying various amusement facilities with the kids, such as Zooland and Waterville.

The many great restaurants located in the Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Foley areas with their excellent cuisine are too numerous to list.  Plenty of night life is also available along the beach and within the Gulf Coast area. 

Orange Beach and the entire Alabama Gulf Coast is beautiful and a "Fun Place" for everyone.

A $75 cleaning fee per stay (night, week or month) is also not included in the rental rates above. 

A $20 parking pass charge is required by the condominium association.  Parking passes must be purchased from and picked up at the entrance guard hut or at the condominium office (unit # 200). 

Rentals are for 2-nights minimum. 

An Information Sheet showing the seasonal rental rates that include all costs except the parking pass.  The Information Sheet will also show the deposit and other payment related requirements, check-in and check-out times, things to bring with you, and other "good-to-know" rental information.  The information sheet will be provided to you in our initial email response to your rental inquiry.  The email response will also include the total rental cost for the dates being requested and will answer your specific questions shown in your inquiry.
