The brand new pool ( completed in Dec. 2008) is located in the front yard facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, a full size bathroom, a lounge area with a refrigerator and high speed internet access ( Just bring your computer). One bedroom has a king size bed, a HDTV and a DVD player. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a HDTV, a DVD payer and a cozy sitting area.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a large living room with a queen size pull out couch, a full size well equipped kitchen and a full sized bathroom.

There is a beautiful porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
