Villa near beach in Menorca (Spain) in Balearic Islands

This is a house of two levels, 230 m2, with private pool of 32 m2 in a backyard of 100m2. It is modern, practical. It has a living room, a dinning room an extra sofa-bed, dishwasher, microwave, vitroceramic, modern kitchen, big terrace roof, small terrace at the kitchen.

This is our second home. Actually we live in Mallorca. My mother used to live here. We renewed it and now stay there some weeks but we are too busy with the kids so it is most of year free.

It has a TV, DVD, Swimming pool, balcony in kitchen.

The beach is 10 min walk.  150 m from Cala (inlet) Blanca. This creek is very long, carved on rock, so it is like a gigantic pool of crystal waters with fish. As you may see in Google, the beach is narrow but nice.
Ciutadella is 5 km away. It is a harbor with 1,000 years of history that shows in his narrow streets and gohtic churches. It is also the center of the night life.
Mahon is the island capital and it was an English port three centuries ago
although some of the architecture remains. It gave name to the mayonnaise and it is known for its wonderful Mahonaisse cheese.
