Perry Golf Course House in Yosemite

This is a two story house in Pine Mountain Lake - ONLY 25 miles from the Yosemite Gate entrance on Highway 120.

Our house is located on the 13th fairway of the Beautiful Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course! This is a 6,382 yard championship 18 hole course which is challenging and beautiful!!

The house is 2500 square feet and has one KING bedroom and three QUEEN bedrooms. There is also a loft which can sleep two on the trundle daybed (converts to QUEEN). The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a large enclosed shower stall.  The full bath downstairs also has a large enclosed shower stall. 

House is fully furnished with all appliances, including a Big Screen TV, Satellite Dish, DVD Player, Stereo, Wood Burning Stove, Washer and Dryer and Central Heating and Air Conditioning. All you have to do is remember to bring your own linens and towels!  All small appliances available including ice crushing blender, coffee maker, microwave and iron.

Kitchen has counter with three barstools for additional seating/eating.  Living room has a wet bar - a great convenience.  Cabinets throughout the house have been recently refinished. 

Large deck has patio furniture and a barbeque. 

You can play pool or pingpong in the garage! Relax on the large deck and watch the golfers hit down the 360+ yard 13th fairway! Have a barbeque and enjoy the deer that hang out on the golf course in the early evening hours. Since there are no city lights, you can see millions of bright stars and constellations in the night sky!

Or maybe you want to head over to the lake to swim, boat or fish!!  You can also swim in the pool or play tennis!  How about a round of golf - absolutely beautiful views and fairways!!

Maybe you want to head down to the quaint towns of Sonora and Jamestown - about thirty minutes away.  You can visit many antique stores and the Old 1897 Rail Town.  How about a short drive to Lake Don Pedro where you can boat, waterski, jetski or fish.  The fish hatchery is also a great destination for kids - they will love feeding the trout liver pellets - watch them JUMP!!  There is also Black Oak Casino which is only twenty miles away in Tuolumne City.
