Nestled on over an acre of mountainside privacy in the six million acre Adirondack Park, this cedar lodge is only 3 minutes to the quaint lakeside village of Bolton Landing, N.Y. Guests enjoy Lake George access at all of Bolton’s parks and beaches together with full swim and picnicking privileges.

The main lodge features a wrap-around deck with Adirondack chairs and a patio table for dining. A gazebo offers additional seating and welcome shade and fan for afternoons relaxing beside a babbling Adirondack brook. Visitors will find ample parking on the property, along with an outdoor fire-pit.  Boulder Brook sleeps 9.

A separate luxury suite is available for rental for smaller parties or along with Boulder Brook at an additional charge. The Saratoga Suite at Boulder Brook offers its own entrance and completely private balcony and Sleeps 4.  The last 3 photos show the Saratoga Suite.

Bolton Landing is well known for its number and variety of dining establishments, all within a 5-minute drive.

Many golf courses are within 10 miles of Bolton Landing, including the legendary Donald Ross course at the world-renowned Sagamore Resort and Golf Club in Bolton.

Popular factory-outlet stores are located only 20 minutes away.

Six Flags’ “Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdom” is only 20 minutes from Bolton.

Saratoga Springs, located only 35 minutes south of Bolton Landing offers cosmopolitan dining and attractions including Saratoga Race Course which meets for its 138th season this year. Plus, The Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), the summer home of The New York City Ballet and The Philadelphia Orchestra, is also within 35 minutes of Bolton Landing.
