The views of the Beach and Ocean from your King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom while watching your favorite movie on the 42" wall hung Plasma TV or listening to your favorite tunes on the stereo system are breath taking.  You'll also be able to get some work done in the office area or enjoy your private bath room before heading out on the balcony from your Master Befroom entrance. 

The Second Bedroom has two double beds, a TV, and has a full bath just outside the door.  The third bedroom looks out over John's Pass and has two twin beds, a TV, large closit and plenty of room for the kids to play.  The laundry room has a washer and dryer and an area for you to store your beach chairs and coolers.

There are all new appliances in the Kitchen including ice maker and water filtering system in the side by side fridge.  The new stove / oven, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, blender, toaster oven, microwave, stereo, and all new cabinets, counter tops, 4 bar stools, and a clear view of the beach and John's Pass.  From the dinning table that sits 4 to 6 people, you'll catch the same view, but can also see the beach and the ocean.

The living area has all new furniture including a denim couch & love seat, along with a 42" Plasma TV hanging from the wall.  From the living room the views are incredible and can only be outdone by sitting out on the balcony where from this third floor corner unit, you can take in all the action from the beach, the pool, the ocean, and the boat traffic moving in and out the pass, and all the people exploring the village.  Another nice feature of this unit is that it is next to the stairwell allowing you a quick in and out of the unit and avoiding the wait on an elevator.  This unit comes with 2 parking spots, but if you need additional parking for your guests, the small park right next door offers plenty of parking at meters and also has a covered pavilion with picnic tables and outdoor grills.  Check out our website for more details.

• November through May....$2,000 per week or $6,500 per month.
