This beautiful two bedroom two and a half bath is located across the street from the beach and just steps away from the Santa Rosa sound.

The first floor consists of a fully stocked kitchen , half-bath, a table and chairs that seats four, Tv w/ dvd player, a rec room/bar area with small shuffleboard table, dart board, and extra card table and chairs for entertaining.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms and two full baths. Both bedrooms have brand new queen size beds, outside decks, tv's in each room.
