Our condo, located in Punta Gorda Isles, is a 1st floor unit with 2
bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open living area and is just steps to
the heated pool. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom
and two twin beds in the guest bedroom, sleep sofa in living area.
The condo has a new kitchen with new cabinets, counters and tile and
includes all the conveniences of home - ice-maker, garbage disposal,
microwave, glass-top stove and dishwasher with a pantry for
storage. Two new bathrooms installed in 2007 and new laundry room. There is new carpet in both bedrooms, full size washer and dryer, 32" flat screen cable TV in living area and  19" TV with cable in master bedroom. There is a screened lanai for smoking with seating for four with extra chairs. Fully furnished
unit - towels, bedding and dishes-- all you need is your tooth
brush. Assigned parking.

Heated pool just steps off your lanai. Nature park, restaurant and
beauty salon directly across the street. Fishing, golf, marina,
beaches, shopping and movie theatres nearby. Curves and fitness
center less than a mile away. Bring your laptop, fax and printer in
unit.

Islander Point is located just off I75 in beautiful Punta Gorda
Isles, less than two miles from Fisherman's Village where there is
shopping and great food galore along with a marina for boating and
water activities. Port Charlotte is just across the bridge on Rt 41
and has every store imaginable, a mall and movie theatre. Ft. Myers
airport and beaches are only 45 minutes away, as are the beaches of
Englewood, Venice and Manasota. Punta Gorda has many new
restaurants and shops for your vacation pleasure. There is a
Cultural Center near Fisherman's village that has activites every
weekend.

Seasonal Rental - Available December through March. 

Minimum 3 month rental required -  $2000 per month plus taxes. Discount of $200 per month ($1800.00 per month) for four-month rental. Cleaning fee - $75.00 will be deducted from your deposit of $1000.
