Affordable Luxury-The Cliff at Cupecoy-5th Floor Beachfront in St Martin/Maarten

This 5th floor unit is available for rent as a 2 BR/ 2.5 bath or a 1 BR/ 1.5 bath. The 1 BR configuration includes a king-sized bed in a large bedroom that has an adjoining bathroom with a tiled shower. The BR has a slider to a large balcony that overlooks sandstone cliffs, the Caribbean Sea, and nearby islands. The great room includes a dining area with a table and seating for six. The family room portion of the great room includes a sofa, loveseat, chair, and a 42-inch flat screen TV. A small office area located in a nook of the great room provides free internet access.  The kitchen has granite countertops and top-of-the-line KitchenAid stainless-steel full-size appliances and is fully outfitted with cooking utensils. A separate laundry room within the unit contains a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. There is also a half-bath off of the entryway to the great room. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom with a tiled shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a separate balcony that looks out over the French and Dutch sides of the island and Anguilla, with a view of Simpson Bay Lagoon.

The Cliff has two pools. There is a large in-door lap pool and Jacuzzi, and a pool and Jacuzzi outside above the cliffs with incredible views of the Caribbean. A separate men’s and women’s steam room and sauna are located adjacent to the lap pool. The complex also includes a large exercise room with exercise bikes, treadmills, steppers, weight machines, and free weights. A tennis court is located on the property. A full-service Christian Dior Spa is located on the ground floor.

The Cliff is fully gated and has 24-hour manned security. In addition, numerous access points require a plastic swipe room key to gain entry.

The Cliff is located across the street from the Atlantis Casino complex. In addition to the casino, the complex includes approximately seven restaurants (Temptation, Rare, La Gondola, etc.). The airport is a mere five minute drive from The Cliff. There is a beach at the base of the Caribbean-side of The Cliff depending on the water current. Mullet Bay beach and the main Cupecoy beach are approximately 2-3 minutes away by car. Mullet Bay beach is a ten-minute walk. French-side beaches are a short drive away.
