Beautiful studio condo, sleeps 4, beautiful ocean view from your 
private balcony on the 2nd floor. This unit is not on the beach.  It 
is across the street but you still have a great view of the ocean.  
Complete with fully furnished kitchen, linens and color TV, cable 
and HBO. It has one Queen size Murphy bed and a Full Size Murphy 
Bed. Landscaped swimming pool, with shower and a bath house. Condo 
is located Across from public park, close to shopping center. 
Available year-round.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central Air and Heat, Cable TV (HBO), DVD Player, pool, microwave, 
Full kitchen, linens provided, cookware and utensils provided.
Phone ! ( local call's only )These are gorgeous units in a beautiful 
area, directly across the street from the ocean and park. They are 
not ocean front but are located on the second floor and are ocean 
view from your own private balcony.

Condo is Tiled and includes full kitchen and full bathroom. The 
kitchen includes everything you need to feel as if you were at home. 
Queen size murphy bed and A Full size Murphy Bed, They are easy to 
maneuver. 

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy golf, deep sea fishing, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, local 
shopping and fine restaurants and tennis nearby.

This condo is not far from Orlando attractions, Disney World or the 
Kennedy Space Center. In addition, Canaveral National Seashore is 
just 5 min. south on AIA, for a small fee you can relax on a 
quiet part of the beach or go fishing or maybe a long walk at night on the beach
is what you looking for.
