Private gardens, terraces and beautiful water directly in front of a
comfortable vacation home make this 800-metre property a rare slice of
paradise in Korcula, Croatia.
Our 135-square-meter three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is
directly on the sea in Tri Zala (Three Bays), less than three
kilometers west of Korcula's old town but double that by road because
of a small detour that keeps the area very quiet.
From a quiet road, you exit down steps to the off-white stucco home.
You enter on the main floor into the kitchen (including dishwasher),
and toward the sea are a living room and bedroom; a bathroom is to the
side. Outside the bedroom and living room is a 35-square meter terrace
with a splendid 180-degree sweeping view of the ocean and gardens below.
Upstairs are another two bedrooms (one has two single beds; the other
a double bed) with parquet wood floor and a second full bathroom. The
house sleeps up to six people.
Below the main house is another large living room area with a small
kitchen and small toilet and another terrace in front. Your own
private stairs from this level lead to another level of land and then
directly to the Adriatic.
villa rental amenities
Traditional stone and flowers and plants decorate many garden areas
across the property. Extras include a large outdoor grill, a washing
machine, dishwasher and many corners for relaxation.
The house is also rare because it is rented in its entirety and no one
else will be there during your stay.
activities and attractions in Korcula Croatia
The water in front is the Peljesac Channel across to the Sveti Ilija
mountain (961 meters high) on the Peljesac Peninsula connection to the
Croatian mainland. The area is great for windsurfing and other sports
including boating. A tiny uninhabited island, Mulic, is about a
10-minute swim away, providing a punctuation mark for the eye
on the sweeping blue of the sea.
