Charming restored 1930s Carriage House in Historic Grandview Heights. Furnished two bedroom one bath upstairs apartment nestled in a tropical Key West style yard with pool. Rates ($1,245 and up monthly; $445 and up weekly).   Actual rate depends on length of stay and time of year. Utilities are included, except telephone. Small pets allowed (pet security deposit required). Smoking allowed on outdoor deck only. YOU CAN CHECK AVAILABILITY OF 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT ON CALENDAR LINK. For shorter stays, if the balance due is to be paid by check.  it must be drawn on a bank that has a local branch (please inquire) and balances paid with credit cards or PayPal there is a 4% service fee charged by them.

Vacation Rental Policies

• Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check, Credit Cards 
• Check In: 4 p.m.  
• Check Out: 11 a.m.  
• Deposits: Credit Card Payments can be made through PayPal. $200 deposit at time of reservation, 1/2 one month prior to arrival, balance upon arrival. $75 cleaning fee can be returned within 15 days of your departure if the apartment is left clean and move in ready. 
• Other Fees: *Pet Security Deposit if applicable. *Cleaning fee applies if not left clean. *Cancellation fee (your deposit and/or total payments) applies if cancelled within one month of arrival date. Cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee. Additional persons subject to a $25 per person per nights fee.
