Rates ($1,245 and up monthly; $445 and up weekly).   Actual rate depends on length of stay and time of year. Utilities are included, except telephone. Small pets allowed (pet security deposit required). Smoking allowed on outdoor deck only. YOU CAN CHECK AVAILABILITY OF 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT ON CALENDAR LINK. For shorter stays, if the balance due is to be paid by check.  it must be drawn on a bank that has a local branch (please inquire) and balances paid with credit cards thru PayPal there is a 4% service fee charged by them.
