Ocean and Island View 3 Bdrm Home Sleeps up to 6 people in Santa Barbara

Our home is a Mid-Century Santa Barbara Beach House located on the Mesa with a Great Southern exposure that includes views of the Pacific Ocean, sailboats and the islands of Santa Cruz, San Miguel and Santa Rosa.  Enjoy the 250 sq ft upper deck that lines the living room and Kitchen.

Home features 2 outside patio / deck areas for enjoying the even temperture days that Santa Barbara is known for.

A quick 15 minute walk takes you to Shoreline Park, Leadbetter Beach, the Harbor or our Mesa Shopping Centers where you will find 2 Grocery stores, Drug stores and 12 restaurants to choose from.

The lower deck is 225 sq ft and has a table for 6 as well as a propane heater and BBQ where you can enjoy the view of our garden as well as the ocean and   trees and vegetation below.

Our "smoke free" home is well appointed with an updated kitchen that has 2 french doors that open out to the deck and is equipped with all stainless steel appliances, dishes and needed cookwear. 

The living room has 3 windows and a glass door which makes the room bright and cheery. Equipped with TV, DVD, CD changer and stereo. Our home is equipped with Cable television and cable internet / wireless access for your computer.

Hardwood floors in living areas. 1 full bath as well as a small 1/2 bath in one of the bedrooms, washer & Dryer in garage.

The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, TV, closet and drawer space, Bedroom 2 has a 1/2 bath and 2 twin style beds and TV ,Bedroom 3 has a queen bed closet space and desk. All rooms have at least 2 windows.

The driveway will hold 3 cars easily.

Just a short walk to the harbor and wharf area where you can rent ocean sport equipment, go boating, ride on nice bike paths and visit the Maritime Museum and Sea Center. There are many resorts, restaurants and shopping in downtown as well as 5 local Wineries.  A short 40 minute drive takes you to Santa Barbaras acclaimed wine region with over 40 wineries available for tastings and tours.  See shows, movies and music at downwown venues such as The Granada (live shows) , Arlington  (premier movies), Santa Barbara Bowl (live concerts) and 4 other movie theatres.

$2250-$3500/week  ..  $325-$500/night

Additional $100 cleaning fee on all reservations.

Monthly or seasonal rental may be available on request
