Our cottage is a 1-story home with 2-bedrooms, loft, 1-bath, full kitchen, and large living room, located on the south end of Otisco Lake.
The bedrooms have a full bed in each, the loft has a twin mattress. The living room has a full size futon with plenty of space for the kids and extra guests. This cottage comes fully furnished including a fully equipped kitchen (does not include cooking stove) and gas grill w/side burner.
There is plenty of room to play horse shoes or lounge on the lawn, with 60 feet of lake front and a 70' dock there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
Our cottage is located just 6 miles (by water) from Footprints restaurant which is located at the north end of the lake and approximate 15 minutes by car.
The cottage has recently been completely remodeled and re-decorated. The cottage is perfect for beautiful sunsets, fishing, swimming, and most of all relaxing.
Rentals are available for weekends, one week or one month periods from June through Columbus Day.

Additional Rental Rate Policies and Information:
Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday with check-in time of 3:00pm and check-out time of 11:00am.
Payment options: $300 deposit required for all renters, refundable at end of stay. 50% of balance plus deposit required 1 week from time of booking. Balance due 3 weeks prior to stay.
Three night minimum stay. Payments are to be made by personal or bank check. Credit cards are not accepted.
Deposits:$200 deposit required, fully refundable at checkout.

Other Policies: We ask that you respect nearby cottage tenants and obey quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
