vacation rental description
Oceanfront Property - One Bedroom/One Bath Condo with Sleeper Sofa in LR. The ocean is visible from the LR where there are two sliding glass doors that open onto a nice sized balcony with table and chairs. There is also an alcove with twin bunk beds. The Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, microwave, blender, etc. This unit has been recently remodeled, and is in nice condition. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or it is our understanding that a linen package may be rented from the management company. There is a limit of one vehicle per unit. All taxes and cleaning fees are included in our prices. During the summer months, rentals are Saturday to Saturday, unless you can go on short notice if the unit is not rented that week.

These are weekly rates for Saturday to Saturday rentals. Monthly rentals and several months, particularly through the winter months are available. Please call or e-mail for rates. Rent 3 weeks off season get the 4th week for $1!
