Sit out on our large balcony and enjoy the view.  This is a great family resort with many amenities.  Your children will love the lazy river, kiddie pool and play area.  We have just replaced the flooring in the condo (LR, DR, Kitchen, Hall & Bath) and added a 46" LCD TV.  There are smaller LCD TVs in the bedrooms.  The kitchen appliances are new,  Our rate includes everything (linens, departure cleaning, parking pass, taxes, local phone calls, and Verizon wireless internet service.  There are no other charges.  Condo is located halfway between the ocean and the lazy river.

Rates are lower after Sept 4 -- check with us for our best rate.

Our rates are all inclusive -- there are no other charges
