Sit out on our large balcony and enjoy the view.  This is a great family resort with many amenities.  Your children will love the lazy river, kiddie pool and play area.  We have just replaced the flooring in the condo (LR, DR, Kitchen, Hall & Baths) and added a 46" LCD TV.  There are smaller LCD TVs in the bedrooms.  The kitchen appliances are new,  Our rate includes everything (linens, departure cleaning, parking pass, taxes, local phone calls, and Verizon wireless internet service).  There are no other charges.  Condo is located halfway between the ocean and the lazy river.

YOU MUST BE 23 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT AT MYRTLE BEACH RESORT.

Weekly rates are $1300 per week, Saturday to Saturday, June 1 thru Aug 31.  Everything included - linens, parking pass, departure cleaning, local phone calls, wireless internet service.  Rates are less before and after these dates.

Rates are lowest after Sept 4 -- check with us for our best rate.

Our rates are all inclusive -- there are no other charges

Daily rentals:  October thru December only -- 4-night minimum rental.  Daily rates do not include departure cleaning.
