To rent a condo was the right decision for us. Our family did a 3 weeks vacation in Florida, where we stayed in the condo for 2 weeks. the condo is perfectly equipped. Internet is available, which is essential for planning your day trips. Also the location is optimal. 1.5 hours north of Miami and 2h south of Orlando. You can explore nearly all South of Florida (except the keys from here). The condo is located in a community with night time security, which made my wife happy.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, sight seeing

I recently returned from a wonderful stay in "Tropical Getaway" in Bella Vista on the park! The condo was everything I hoped it would be. It was clean, very comfortable and had a very well appointed kitchen. We were able to have family who live in the area, over for a nice meal and enjoyed afternoon get togethers on the patio. The beach is a very easy walk thru Carlin Park and the pool and tennis court are also very close by. We found the first floor location to be very convenient and "senior" friendly. The second bedroom bath had grab bars and easy accessibility which was nice for my in laws who stayed a few nights. The owner was extremely helpful and responds promptly to inquiries. Overall, I give this property 5stars and hope to return in the near future!

We have stayed at this condo two summers in a row. We love the roominess and furnishings of the condo, the location, and the amenities. The owner is very flexible and pleasant to deal with. We have been very comfortable there each stay and have really enjoyed exploring Palm Beach county. We love that Carlin Park is right outside the door. It is a beautiful park with a fitness trail, lighted tennis courts, an amphitheatre for events and lots of room to play. I also love that you can either walk or drive to the beach or to the pool (depending on your load). It is very convenient to stores and restaurants, but you don't feel like you're as close to commercial development as you are because of the park and landscaping of the development. It is also very close to Downtown, City Place, and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants of West Palm and Palm Beach, without paying the Palm Beach price to stay there. We love the area and many of the restaurants we have tried. Our favorite unique restaurant is Guanabanas with the awesome trees and tiki huts right on the water. You'll love the entire experience as you explore the area, and relax and enjoy the comfort of these accomodations!!
