weight machines and free weights, basketball, boating, shuffle board, 
volleyball,  biking trails, fishing ocean as well as intracoastal, 
located 2 miles from an inlet that provides great surfing and wind 
surfing, and more.

Floridas finest golf courses 10 mins away, Marineland where you can 
swim and interact with dolphins 2 miles away, historic St.Augustine 
10 miles away, great dining and shopping.

Vacation Rental Rates

Feb-Aug. $2300 Per month.  Sept-Jan $2000 per month. There is a $400
fully refundable deposit, a $100 cleaning fee and a 7% sales tax 
applied. Long term rates, 6 months or more available upon request
