2. 2 night mimimum stay
3. $200 security deposit at time of booking (Refunded no more than 5 days after departure)
4. 50% of total price is due 60 days prior to arrival 
5. 50% of remaining price due 14 days prior to arrival 
6. Cancellation policy after 60 days is forfeit of the $200 security deposit
