Monthly rent is $1,400.00
Non refundable deposit of $700.00 is required within 7 days of
reservation.(security deposit is refunded 7 to 10 days after your
departure)
Weekly rent $700.00 per week, .Can be flexible on day to check in or
check out. Check in 3 PM, check
out 10 AM.
Refundable security deposit for weekly rent is $350.00 is required
within 7 to 10 days after your reservation.

Complete payment due 30 days prior to your arrival.
To receive a full refund (minus $10.00 handling fee) you must cancel
by mail or e-mail 30 days prior to your reservation start date.
4th july week $1000.00
Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends $700.00
Sebring Race week 1000.00
Includes first $100.00 in electricity. Anything over $100.00 is
paid by the renter.
