Add to weekly rate shown a $120 one time housekeeping fee and 11% govt. lodging tax. A $250 refundable reservation/security damage deposit required at time of booking.   4 night minimum stay; standard wk. is Sat 4 pm check in to Sat 10 am check out rental wk. is standard wk, exceptions possible, surchg may apply.
