East Grand Ave Fabulous Cottage in Old Orchard Beach

This small cottage is at the heart of it all.  It is located on the main stretch of East Grand avenue with the 7 miles beach in the back of the cottage. A walk of 7 minutes right down the road will bring you to the famous OOB Palace Playland (New Englands ONLY beachfront amusement!).  Why doing circles and circles with your car trying to find parking and then paying for parking when you can just walk down so nearby. The cottage also is located near 2 local convenience stores which features your basic groceries needs or your middle of the night craving for ice cream!  There is also a lobster pound next to one convenience store if your family should want our famous Maine lobster for dinner! A newly built deck for your family enjoyment including a shower head to rinse your sandy feet off is completed.  This fabulous cottage has been extensively renovated 2 years ago.  You have everything your family need for comfortable vacationing.

A cleaning fee of $100 and a deposit fee of $200 for damage fee is added on weekly basis rental.

  Peak months are from June through to November ( summer and foliage peak) in which leases are on a WEEKLY basis .  Please inquire if you would like to lease the cottage on a monthly basis.
