bathroom on each floor. Each floor sleeps a MAXIMUM of 8 people.

The Rental Rates for 2012 are:
JUNE - AUG 7 nights only - First Floor $2400, Second Floor $2200
SEPT 3 nights $500-700
OCT - MARCH 3 nights $400-500, 4 nights $450-550
The security deposit for one floor is $500/week, both floors is only $800/week.
All weeks go from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 4pm and
check-out time is 10am.
