vacation rental description

Out on a point in Mousam Lake. 2 hrs from Boston. Small, peaceful traditional Maine "camp" sleeps 5. Two bedrooms upstairs. (4 twins; 1 double) One small sleep sofa downstairs. New bath and kithen, fully equipped.

Sun from sunrise to sunset. Beautfiul trees (shade.) Incomparable lakeside views in every direction. Camp is on glacial peninsula. A short walk from your car guarantees you peace and privacy.

Your dog must be well-behaved and with a nature that does not scare the occasional passerby. Great for kids but not suitable for small children because of steep steps to dock and beach.

Everything is provided except sheets and towels.

Hammocks (2), deck, grill, large yard, dock, small beach a short walk away. One kayak, one canoe, one row boat. Excellent fishing. Mousam Lake is 7 miles long. Many other lakes nearby. Safe for dogs and cats.

You may bring a motor boat if you like. Public put-in is nearby.
