Accommodations Discover Our Difference

Our spacious Villa has 5,200 square feet of Air Conditioned space with an additional 2,400 square feet of patio/balcony space.  With 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this residence can accomodate groups both large and small.

Inside, a leveled interior is presented spectacularly, with great attention to the smallest of details. A beautifully crafted staircase connects each of 3 levels of luxury running through the center of the villa. Fully furnished throughout, with handcrafted furniture you will find your comfort no matter where you are in the villa.

The bottom floor has a full kitchen, wet bar, dining area and sitting area.  A master suite also located on the bottom floor has a full bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.  This suite can also be used as a TV/Playroom. 

The second floor boasts 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth has 2 twin beds that can be moved together as a king size bed.

The top floor has two very large master suites with king size beds, each with it's own master bathroom with dual sinks and separate shower and bathtubs.

Every morning your concierge will present you the opportunity to design your lunch and evening menus. Your choices will offer two lunch courses and two main courses from which to select. Meals are prepared and served in the privacy and elegance of your own villa and customized to your specific desires.

Breakfast - Your concierge will arrange an appropriate time with you to have your morning coffee and beverages ready and to start breakfast. Your morning selections can include tempting island fruit trays and fresh squeezed pure juices. You may enjoy a light continental or a full hearty breakfast suited to your liking.

Lunch - Lunch offers you the opportunity to sit back, relax and capture the your day as it was as as it will continue. Our offerings are to your pace - whether its tapas served around the pool, a light barbeque or a sit-down meal.

Winter Season:

December 15 to March 31 ($1,495 Per Night)

Spring Season:

April 1 to May 31 ($1,295 Per Night)

Summer Season:

June 1 to October 30 ($1095 Per Night)

Fall Season:

November 1 to December 14 ($1,295 Per Night)
 

Reservation Deposit: 

A 50% deposit and a minimum of 5 nights stay required during peak season (Fall and Winter). One night deposit is required during Spring and Summer season.   Deposits are non-refundable within 45 days of stay.  Caye Winds accepts Visa and Mastercard.
