Vacation Rental Description
This beachfront condo on Singer Island offers a view of the intercoastal waterway from the balcony
on the 16th
floor. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in closet and large bath. The master
bedroom also
has available a sleeper/sofa if needed. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, walk in closet and its
own private
bath. Linens, towels and pillows are all provided. There are 2 central air conditioners to keep you
comfortable.
In the dinning area there is a large glass top table for those times you choose to eat in rather
than visit the
many restaurants in the area. This condo comes complete with phone, LCD TV with cable, DVD and VCR
player,
washer and dryer. No smokers please. This is a gated complex with a designated parking space close
to the
building. This condo is 15-20 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Along with the heated pool there are wonderful tennis courts and a newly installed fitness room. A
clubhouse
with sauna is in the works and should be complete this year. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen
with
coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and ice maker. Barbeque units are available to owners,
renters
and there guests. This location offers a short walk to a convenience store, a Subway shop and
several
restaurants.
Activities and Attractions
This complex is on North Ocean Drive, which turns into PGA Blvd. You will find a variety of
restaurants, malls and
small shops. If your are a golfer, there are plenty of courses in the area. While driving on PGA
Blvd be sure to
watch for the entrance to " Lost Tree Village " the home of Jack Nicklaus. It's on the way to Publix
Market which
will be your main shopping stop once you arrive. If your looking for entertainment, be sure to visit
City Place and
experience Clematis Street by night - both are a definate must see. There are Poker rooms and OTB
parlors at
the Kennel Club on Congress Drive if thats your thrill. Travel south on 95 for about 45 minutes and
you will be
in Fort Lauderdale and another 30 minutes will bring you to Miami Beach. South Beach at night will
be a
memorable experience........Enjoy.
