Single-story, three bedrooms, three bath home. Spacious living and dining room boasts oceanviews, and a cozy fireplace. The remodeled kitchen has beautiful ocean and island views and is big enough for the whole family.
The master bedroom (king bed) features a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and it overlooks the pool, ocean, and islands. The second (queen bed) and third bedrooms (one queen and two twin beds) each have their own private bathrooms and large closets.
Newly landscaped throughout. The backyard offers a heated pool, raised entertainment patio, and an expansive 100-foot deep lawn that looks out to ocean, island, and coastline views. This park-like setting is perfect for relaxing, barbecuing, or watching sunsets, dolphins, and sailboats.
