Available as a summer vacation rental from Memorial Day weekend through Sept. 4th.
Weekly rentals run from 5 PM on Saturdays to 12 PM the following Saturday. Continuous weekly, or monthly, rentals are preferred and will be offered at a discount.
Description: Family-owned cottage halfway up hill on Little Neck with a rear view of the Ipswich River and partial front view of Plum Island Sound. 2BR, 1BA, kitchen, front sunporch, rear dining porch, LR with hideaway sofa, micro stereo, propane grill, local phone & cable TV. Little Neck is a picturesque 167-unit seaside settlement in Ipswich, MA, at the end of a short peninsula, with 2 beaches (one public and one private), private pier, playground, playing field, no fences and impressive North Shore views.
Policies: no smoking, maximum occupancy of 5, advance deposit of $500 upon confirmation of reservation (non-refundable within 2 weeks of check-in), balance of rent and additional security deposit of $200 must be received 2 weeks prior to check-in. Sorry no pets. Basic cleanup (floors, dishes, trash and refrigerator) requested with used towels & linens collected before departure. $20 rebate if you bring your own towels & linen. Thanks.
