Comfortable Holiday Apartments 4 **** in Berchtesgaden

Our house is very easy to find, it is located in the near of
Berchtesgaden (3 miles) a town south of Munich and closed to Salzburg
(Austria) 15 miles.
In the alps. The ideal location in the midst of the mountains, it is
a perfect starting point for your hikes. The house is near to town,
shopping is very close to the flats, the house is on the southside
and very sunny. The apartments are awarded 3 and 4 stars by the
German Tourist Assocation. This guarantee for good quality.
Also we have a Restaurant (it is called "Gebirgshaeusl") with special
Bavarian Food, very close to the apartments. Also you can have the
apartments with breakfast is well. We have rooms in our Hotel is
well, please ask for them. You can stay in the rooms a short time,
one, two or three days, is no problem.

From May til October you can drive with the bus up to the eagles nest
(from the second-war). You can watch the saltmine, the Lake
Königssee, the Lake Hintersee, also walking through the Wimbach Gorge
or the Almbach Gorge.
Berchtesgaden and the Alpin National Park are situated around the
mountain Watzmann (it is the hightest of Germany). The Skiregions,
are a lot of, the are challanged for both the beginners and the
experts alike.
Salzburg the Mozart´s City is just 15 miles away, we can book for you
a bus to Salzburg.

Sport aktivities: Hiking, Fishing, Swimming, Golf, Horse riding,
Mountainbiking, Riverrafting, Skiing, cross over Skiing etc.
For the childrens are very good a daily or weekly skischool. Or a
childrenclub, they to a lot of things with them.

We have some (12) apartments from 40 square meters til 140 square meters.
The prices are for two people in a holidayflat per day, the minimum
staytime is 5 days, a shorter time is possible but it will be 30 %
more charge and the final cleaning will be not include(45 EURO)

The Visitor Tax will be per Adults 2,10 EURO and for childrens (6-16
Years) 1,10 EURO.
You can pay in USD is no problem. Also we take VISA and MasterCard.
If you stay longer, 10 or 14 days you get 1 day free of charge.
The prices include final cleaning, bedding, towels, heating.
