Eagles Nest Condo/Apartments in Fort Collins

Due to the high demand and wonderful responses of our guests, we've added another vacation rental!!!  It is also a two bedroom, two full bath, but has more square footage with a queen pull out sofa-bed.  The cost is just a little higher for the new one though...$779 for a week and $1,980 for a month and it is NOT pet friendly.

This newly built condominium may not be located deep in the Rocky Mountains but it is conveniently located  in the "hub" of Northern Colorado between the three large cities of Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley.  This two bedroom, two full bath unit comes fully furnished with everything you need except your food for a comfortable stay.  Rates include all utilities, High Speed Internet, basic cable TV, and cleaning fee.  This is a perfect place for out of state family to stay during a wedding, funeral, or holiday celebrations.  Why stay in a hotel and pay for all your dining out, when you can stock your pantry and fridge from the local grocery store?  You're also welcome to bring your family pet (rules apply).

Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Wireless High Speed Internet, Cable TV, Off-Street Parking.

Both bedrooms have a queen size beds.

Lake Windsor is located just across the street which hosts a walking path, boating, fishing, swim beach and breathtaking views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.  The Town Pool is located just two blocks from Eagles Nest with its huge slide and great park.  Join us every week in the summer for our Free Concert Series in the Boardwalk Park at Lake Windsor.  Bike, run, or walk along the Poudre River Trail which traverses SouthEast to Greeley and Northwest to Fort Collins.  Drive just 20 minutes to Loveland and walk through the historical Sculpture Park or enjoy the art museums in Downtown Loveland.

Unit A - (pet friendly) $679/week; $1,589/month + 6.0% city and state tax for stays less than 30 days.

Unit E - (No pets allowed) $779/week; $1,980/month + 6.0% city and state tax for stays less than 30 days.

$200 non-refundable deposit reserves the unit and goes toward your total rental fee of a weekly rental.

$500 non-refundable deposit reserves the unit and goes toward your total rental fee of a monthly rental.

 Minimum 7 night fee.
