Deposit/Security/Cleaning: Half the fee down to confirm a reservation. A $500 security deposit is required and will be returned to you after your stay provided the premises and its contents are left in an acceptable manner along with keys and remote controls provided. A $150 cleaning fee is charged for each stay.

Cancellations: Must be made four weeks prior to your confirmed arrival date for a full refund of $500 deposit.

Check In/Out: 12:00 noon day of arrival and last day of stay
