Deposit/Security/Cleaning: A $500 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit less a $125 normal cleaning fee will be returned to you after your stay provided the premises and its contents are left in an acceptable manner along with keys and remote controls provided.
Cancellations: Must be made four weeks prior to your confirmed arrival date for a full refund of $500 deposit.
Check In/Out: 12:00 noon day of arrival and last day of stay
