This lower level corner condo within the desirable Horseshoe Bend Area. The condo consists of three spacious bedrooms and three equally roomy bathrooms.

This is a sun lovers and family oriented condo that is extremely close to all the lake attractions. Uopn entering, you'll love the open floor plan design which includes a dining area for 6, an open galley kitchen and breakfast bar, and spacious living room that overlooks the lake. The living room is equipped with an entertainment cabinet with TV, and DVD palyer. Behind the sofa is a computer work station as well. Just off the entry is the third bedroom with two twin size beds. This bedroom has a walk in closet that also passes through the full size hall bath with a walk in showner (with bench). Also off the Hallway by the kitchen is the second bedroom (queen size bed with it's private shower/tub bath. Just behind the kitchen is the utility room with storgate for your groceries and a full size washer and dryer. On the lakeside of the condo and just past the living room is the master suite (queen size bed) with a lakeside view and slider doors that exit to the covered balcony. The master bathroom is huge with double vanity sinks, a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

What a wonderful complex. The Palisades boasts having a beach and 4 pools (one on the east side of the club house, one on the west side of the clubhouse, one on the east side og bldg 86 and mostly importantly one lakeside pool just outside your rented condo. The complex offers plenty of open area for walking and includes a boardwalk area, lakeside martini deck, and a hilltop covered gazebo that also overlooks the lake.

This beautiful condo is right in the middle of all the activity and attractions. You're 2-10 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach. Take time to take in many number of the Lake's attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music, etc.

This 1,550 sq. ft. vacation rental is available year around. The desirable features include central heating and air conditioning, cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels, and an iron. The open galley kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, range, ice maker and refrigerator. Other inclusions are regular trash service, limtied outside parking. kitchen.

Condos are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

You are on the very desirable side of the lake. Very close to all the ttractions in Bagnell Dam and Osage Beach - including the Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall. Pailsades is within 5 minutes of two great golf courses (The Ridge and The Cove)as well as just a quick 10 minute drive to the Lake's favorite area restaurants - the Horn Toad and Blue Heron. There are lots of things to do at the Lake. Come to the Condo and take it all in!
